We have the "Top Voter" thing.

 

He means that the top 5 voters of each month get a low level donor rank. The 'top voter' prefix is something else.

It does seem like a good idea as it would encourage players to vote.

 

Agreed. I remember Skyblock being switching between 2nd and 3rd, now we are way behind (Like 7th).
