I believe I should be unbanned because of the fact that this was a slightly incorrect ban, as in that Skyzi_x should have realised that it was illegal to sell an island with that much dirt/grass. I am truly sorry that I did this trade of 186 diamonds for the island. Skyzi_x told me that he used almost a DC of grass for this island and I thought that if the majority of the island was made of pure grass, it would have been legal. I will re-review the rules and familiarize myself with them once again, and promise to never commit this illegal artifact again in the future if it were ever to happen.

I was told by a player about the island so I decided to look into it.

Island selling with over 78 grass and 3 sand is considered illegal as it basically promotes island farming in a way. Not only that, it's basically illegal trading, too. Do you understand why this is a rule?

 

Yes, Anna I do understand that this is a rule because of the fact that it is basically illegal trading, I am ashamed of myself to forget that this island could be illegal trading and island farming. When Skyzi_x broadcasted that he was selling it I went there and I liked the island very much, I probably was way too caught up in negotiating a deal with him that I completely did not think of this trade being illegal.

 

And I can trust you now that you won't do this again?

 

You can trust me that I'll never do this again because from now on I will think about the actual island If I were to ever purchase another one. I promise also that I have re-read the rules and will always follow them without fault. I would also never want to do this again because I know that another ban will most likely be harder to get unbanned, plus I would never want to risk my donor status or any amount of grass or diamonds spent.

 

Since it looks like you're really sorry for what you did, and you spent lots of effort into this appeal (not to mention you have a good history), I'll be unbanning you. I will trust you won't do this again and if you do your ban will be harder to get out of. In the future always be sure to ask a moderator to inspect an island before you buy or sell it.
