    1. Server name (.net / .org ): mineverse
    2. In-game name: My dads told not to share my IRL name so...
    3. Are you now or have you ever been Banned at Skyblock (explain)? Nobody cares
    4. Did you read the rules & in-game /warp FAQ? I found your cobblestone gen very good. It made me make a dc.
    5. What exactly did you do? (Rules broken, dates, coords, in-game accomplices) ? I dropped the soap.
    6. Why do YOU think you deserve Amnesty ? Because if not the soap will explode skyblock
