I was just wondering why people are so worried about the .net economy and it might get ruined of do that or if we do so There is no economy on .net you can ad how many things you want on .net and it doesn't matter because it's a survival server not economy Sorry if this seamed rude to you but I have been thinking of this for a while now
That's true But the economy is as stated in another thread just made up by players with great influence So it doesn't matter if we would ad 200 Dias in every donor kit everyday Like it doesn't matter because of the economy but maybe it matters for some other things but you might get my point
It's just like real life. If you're poor, you end up either perputually hungry, homeless, dead, or all three. If you're rich, you can do anything you want.
Donors = Too many perks on Net. Just saying. To be honest, you could add like 50 extra diamonds to the donor250 kit or whatever, and it would still take a while for most poor players to get a hold of diamonds, as most donors would just hoard it. But eventually, yeah, the net economy would be ruined.
There isn't a way to reset the economy in Skyblock. It evolves, just like real life economy. Sometimes for the better, sometimes for the worse. The people have to learn to adapt to gradual changes in the economy in order to prosper. It's all about awareness.
I think theres been been atleast 1 server reset. Im also worried since the economy is getting ruined since rich players are quiting and giving their stuff away ._.
I'm more worried about the massive amounts of "rares" in the rich players' kits... the value of diamond is decreasing by a lot.
To say there is no economy on .net is like saying there is no economy whatsoever anywhere. Any form of trade denotes being a form of economy. Additionally it is not as simple a set up as you think. Everything little addition matters, no matter how small you might think it is. And once its ruined it isn't as simple as simply making a new one. That was attested for by the unfortunate affects on .org. And I suggest that you never say something doesn't matter. It always does, that is how an economy works. One thing affects another right down to the very core.
I agree. Prominent wood farmer stops farming. Because of this, there is less wood. Because of this, wood products are more expensive. Because of this, tools are more expensive. Because of this, it is harder to get pickaxes to mine cobble. Because of this, there is less cobblestone. Because of this, there is less material for building. Because of this, islands are smaller. Because of this, people move in with each other. Do you see where I'm going with this? Every little thing has big ripples. Read "A Sound of Thunder" by Ray Bradbury (rest his soul). Describes it perfectly.
Lose pen no pen means no notes no notes means no smarts no smarts means no good grades no good grades means no pass school no pass school means no job no job means no money no money means no food no food means no survival no survival means death and thats pretty bad sorry for OT just reminded me too much of that.
