I'm going to change my username, but first so I don't lose progress, I need to change my coop party leader to my friend! (yes we are in the same coop) But it says I don't have permission to perform the /changeleader command!! If you can help, please do!! I will be checking this as much as I can!! THANK YOU!!!!

 

If you change your username you will still keep your island. You don't have permission to use the changeleader command because it's a admin command only. ^_^

 

Sorry, is this on economy or survival, because /changeleader works for me o-o
Although the syntax suggests /changleader <oldleader> <newleader>, it's actually /changeleader <newleader>. For example, if the leader of a coop does /changeleader Lycel and then /changeleader yes, I will become leader of the coop.

Note: if you do /changeleader <newleader> <oldleader>, eg /changeleader Lycel Krissy, it will say you do not have permission, as that is the command that you can use to change a leader of a coop without being the leader yourself (admin command). However the other command should work.

I believe the /changeleader command is currently bugged, and should be avoided at all costs.
