Hello! First off, I'll let you know that I'm a new player who has been around for probably only a couple of hours in total but who has played minecraft for many years.

3. Full exact Ban Message: Innappropriate Skin - Change then appeal @ Skyblock.net (NIH301)
4. Did you read the rules ? Yes.
5. Why do YOU think you were banned? I have Adam's costume skin (read: no clothes). The mod deemed it illegal (actually he didn't like it but I get messages all day from people who like it and/or make compliments) to have such a skin and forces me to change it even though I do not want to.
6. Was this an incorrect ban? No. The rules are clearly stated @ http://www.skyblock.net/attachments/rules__2012-10-08_23-12-28-png.280/ and there is no definition on the matter of "inappropriate skin".
7. Were you ever banned before on SkyBlock? If so, what for? Never.
8. Why do you think you should be unbanned? I do not think banning a person who is NOT violating the rules is justified in any circumstances. Furthermore, if the skin I use is approved (deemed appropriate by minecraftskins.net and minecraft.net) then I see no problem with it and if I like it, why not let me use it? Better than running around in a Transformer's skin. Also, as I "work" on my lonely island all day long, I don't think there will be innocent children ruined forever by my skin.
   
   Taking all previous into consideration, I kindly ask you to remove my ban and let me play in peace.

   /edit: Forgot to add: At places other than my island, I usually run around in full armor (e.g. Arena) so there should be no problem whatsoever. So far I have been very respectful towards others and see no reason why I should be banned.

 

If you stay on your island and never leave, then there is no problem, but you clearly did leave your island and you were clearly not wearing armour. It was enough to offend another player, who reported you.



You will remain banned until you change your skin, or agree to never leave your island (and yes, I will check). There will be no negotiation in this.

However, I find it ridiculous that a pixelated body is considered actual nudity and deemed worthy of a ban..
