temporarily banned from server for 30 minutes

    Console probably thought you were flying. If you are using any fly hacks from any hack client and do not have /fly then you'll be tempbanned for 30 minutes and I suggest you get rid of it. Just wait out the tempban.

    Adding onto larrythebird101's reply, it could also be that you 'placed blocks too quickly'. Happens a lot. If you can feel the server lagging a little when you're building, I suggest you wait for the lag to pass, then continue. ;)

    This happened to me, I placed grass blocks around a Spawner and was banned for half an hour
