I just became a $50 donor, simply for the fact that I wanted to have the repair command be able to repair my diamond armor and sword which I spent $25 buying someone an upgrade for.

I was at /warp mob killing mobs. Giving people swords and bows so they can defend themselves. My Inv got too full with other stuff so I went home emptied my inv, left only my diamond armor and diamond sword on me.

I went back to warp mob and immediately died with diamond god armor on. I lost my armor+sword that cost me $25.

Now apperently Gwism and bodyshake were spawning ridiculous amounts of mobs either on me on the exact warp mob point. RetirementPlan said so himself.

I was and am furious at the fact that all RetirementPlan and everyone else seemed to care about was that I said that "Some idiot spawned stuff on me." And bodyshake told retirementplan that he doesnt like being called an idiot so he banned me for 24 hours.

At this point. I'm dead tired of some of the mods favoritism. Only spending their time helping and hanging out with their favorite donors, meanwhile countless members are asking for help and even donors are the ones that attempt to help before any mod does.

I have ignored it. Since I mostly keep to myself. I don't usually leave my island. And usually keep quiet. But I'm tired of this.

And now some mod and "friends of the owner" Like retirementplan put it when threatening that saying anything against them should be some unwritten enforced rule. Spawned stuff in on purpose at the point making me immediately lose my armor, again which I spent $25 for.

I need this resolved. Actually I will carry out my ban. Because even though the banning mod didn't leave a message. I did in fact say "s***" and "idiot". So I will accept my punishment. But I need a refund on my armor. Since it was in fact a mods fault. Again, as cofirmed by RetirementPlan.

I have been a very good member to this community. Giving stuff out to countless players to help them out. And not ONE person can say that they dislike me or that I am an a*****e for any reason, because I have been an extremely helpful member. And I'm pretty sure I have plenty of people to confirm this.

I'm not a kid. Like most of the staff here. And I work to get the money I earn, unlike most here that ask their mommys and daddys for it. I spent $25 on that armor+sword and $50 today donating for the /repair command mostly simply to protect my previous investment. I want my diamond armor back. Or my money refunded. This is not a joke to me, like it clearly was to the immature and childish moderators on the server.

Mazas, Im going to tell you exactly what i said in game. You were at Warp mob. A place where hostile mobs. Hostile mobs are mobs that can kill you and you lose everything when you die. 2 of the servers finest were spawning Mobs in an area where Mobs are supposed to be spawned. The fact that you carried your belongings into the arena and died is your own fault. You very well know there is a chance that you can die at warp mob and the fact that you did is your own fault. I just want to know where you think it is wrong to spawn hostile mobs in the hostile mob arena.

 

I also never confirmed it was a mods fault. I "confirmed" It was your fault. Also, I banned you for the fact of calling a couple people idiots. I also see you work hard for your money, So do I. But I dont see what working hard for your money has to do with our staff members. I get it you spent money on the diamonds. You died. Your fault.

 

Also I dont choose favorites. You were blaming staff for your loss. Then you decided to call us names. Banning you is not picking favorites. Its doing what I felt was needed to be done.

You replied with "Those idiots are friends of the owner," "He just called body and gwism idiots" And reconfirmed when someone asked "Not gwism" you responded with "Yeah, he called gwism an idiot."

THAT to me sounds like you clearly confirmed that both bodyshake and gwism are to blame for this incident.

 

You were at /warp mob, not the spawn.

 

I died because "two of the server's finest" as you call them spawned stuff directly on me or at the warp mob warp point. I mean, how many mobs had there had to be for me to immediately die. With god diamond armor on? That should not be acceptable.

Like I said, I will accept my punishment, even though "Idiot" is not a cuss word. It is a properly used, and acceptable word in the english language. Which I again re-state that since bodyshake cried to you about not liking being called an idiot, you pushed to banning me.

Again. I do not care about the ban. I will accept my 24 punishment.

What I am here for is the assurance that I will receive a refund for something that mods "friends of the owner" are responsible for, be it the diamond armor+sword or my $25.

I mentioned it several times that I was speaking about /warp mob. Meaning the warp mob spawn (or warp) point.

No. YOU blamed staff. I blamed "Idiots", You identified them for me. Which I thank you for.

 

I would like to assure you warp mob is for hostile mobs. Anyone can spawn hostile mobs there (those with the power to). Thats what it is for. You enter at your own risk. You also carry your items in there at your own risk. This is no ones fault but your own. And also I'm not blaming staff. I'm telling you who was rightfully spawning mobs in the correct area to spawn mobs at which is where you happened to be with your items when you were killed by mobs in the mob arena. I hope you understand that I usually do give a 1 day temp ban for name calling. I just find it obnoxious to bully someone. (Yes calling someone an idiot is bullying) You're not the first to receive that temp ban from me.

 

If I can get Bodyshake or Gwism to confirm they were spawning mobs, I'll get your items refunded. While what retirementplan said is true, and spawning mobs at /warp mob isn't against any rule, knowing those two they were going a bit overboard.

 

There is only one part of all of this I dislike. And that is this:

Unbeknownst to you the majority of our staff is over the age of 18. Some of us work VERY hard for our money AND donate our time to moderate while not have "fun" on the server in the standard note. Just beware of your accusations before you make them.

Final note, I agree with Luke. Not that he needs me to as he is an admin, but it's nice to know people have your back sometimes.

 

I was there so I might as well impart my thoughts too.
Basically, your items are pretty much always your responsibility to take care of. Until you've secured yourself at your own personal island, you're in public domain.

The mob warp is a great example of a place that you would never want to go unless you've dumped all of your valuables away into safe storage. So many people go there, most of them die as they warp in, and just about everyone will lose their items to another player once they're dead. Intuitively, you should probably understand the fact that such a chaotic place would, in all circumstances, create great risks. Even if a greater risk is presented, you've still thrown yourself into a hostile environment by your own intentions. Nobody is going to force you to warp to that death trap, only you can.

So essentially, you have to expect to die when going there ... it's just a given.
If you die there, in any kind of case, it can be classified as your own personal fault.

Of course, like Luke stated, sometimes Anon does get a little bit rowdy sometimes, but he isn't going to be causing irreversible damage to the server's players. He's even trolled me before but if there was any damage, he was still responsible for cleaning it up. That's why I agree with Luke's statement, because it is probably fair for your items to be replaced, as long as Anon defines that he caused you unnecessary damages.

But like I said before, in any case, you are pretty much responsible for your own losses in public places. I've lost an entire set of fully enchanted diamond equipment (both tools and armor) before, and it was caused by adverse and abnormal conditions. But I still just had to accept the fact, because I had chosen to go to a public area while wearing my most valuable items.

 

I had clearly lost my temper. And reading back now. I see that I have in fact made many disrespectful comments. I apologize, I lost control ranted and therefore, again I apologize to those I have offended.

I thank you for finding a quick attempt to a solution to this problem. I have in fact donated in part for the items/perks, but also because this community has brought to me, many fun hours of Minecraft, simply just fun people to chill and talk to. Permanently losing membership to this community would in fact have bothered me. So I thank you and whoever else reads this for being part of what makes this work.

Again, I regret having lost my temper, and hope that all who have been offended by my words, forgive my rash behavior.

Marked out stuff in chat are either things that are against the server or spam, or rule breaking As you can see i don't mark the front of their IGN's to show it wasn't MAZA, if i marked them out one i did it in other post they say in chat, to not give away people's names. The Creeper egg i now have in my inventory was just clicked on. I had my chat open to reply to someone who was marked out in the picture. [Even if i spawned those creepers i'm still outside] The white box shows the "safe" area. Inside the only mob right now is the Shopkeeper plugin villager, Not even a mob anymore, but a shop. As you always see at /warp mob 's "safe" area.

I have just tpped home then i could get someone to my island. Pretty sure RETIREMENTPlan Brought the person in the picture for me. Not really relevant to this matter. Crossed out is a rude comment to the server, name is not fully crossed out to show it wasn't MAZA. Second cross out was a msg. and i blocked out the players name in the picture on the bed.
