i was banned when i was just walking around spawn just hitting with my hand not even hurting anyone dafaq is that about i get banned for walking around?

Six hour bans are usually automatic bans, the server may have though you were flying for some reason. Just wait out the ban, unfortunately I can't manually unban you.

For future reference, use the correct ban appeal format.
