    4. Yes, I've broken most of them
    5. Because apparently experimenting with /nick and NOT TALKING IN THE CHAT is advertising
    6. Yes.
    7. Yes, duh.
    8. I see people saying server names literally all the time, so I don't know why having a server NAME as your NICKNAME and NOT TALKING IN CHAT is advertising. I never advertised. The reason I did it was to see if I could put server names in nicks. I saw that one was blocked by filter and i tried another to see. I then asked Krissy why one was censored and the other wasn't, then she bans me for ads when nicknames aren't advertising. I didn't say it in the chat so I didn't advertise. I see people saying server names all the time and they get let off. What I did was harmless.

couldn't be bothered creating my own

So you decide to nick yourself as a server name, speak in chat for people to see it, then change your nick. After attempting twice to nick yourself as the other blocked server twice.
You know the rules, and not to advertise.
Plus on top of this you were being disrespectful to every staff online at the time. If you are just going to cause issues on the server and you don't like it here, why stay.

Appeal denied. Wait out the ban, you have been banned so many times in the past you are lucky this wasn't a perm ban.
