Since i know the staff are so nice caring and professional I know that there should be a prize. I mean, being a staff rank is a very high rank and responsibility. You must treat it with respect. So... here is what i thought up. SOTM stands for Staff Of The Month. (I did not come up with SOTM, i just realized that this network should contain is maybe.) So the person who shows the most Professionalism, pride, loyalty and is most active each month should be granted SOTM. Now, SOTM isn't a rank. It should just be announced on the forums. And there is only one winner. So, what do you think?
No this may cause tension between other staff members. The staff are here to do there job and not to compete for who is the best. It is also another thing that Merks or Crew has to remember to do each month. I would say Nos Support on this.
No support. Mods do their job in their way, good or bad in your opinion. Every thread with something "Best mod" or "Favorite mod" is just hurtings someones feelings. IMO, lock + archive.
