I think there should be compensation for lost items due to glitches and/or clear lag. I recently lost a spawner to a glitch in the game, i still don't know what happened to it. What had happened was I was going to move my spawner from a room so I broke it and for some reason it didn't drop, there was no clear lag warning plus it didn't even drop when I broke it. so I don't think it was clag. 2 moderators even verified that I had placed a spawner there, but I still couldn't get it back. I think since I paid real money for it that It should be protected somehow. If I go to a flower store and buy some roses, but when I remove the roses from the bag they were placed in they dissapear I would think I should be able to get a refund.

 

Losing items to clear lag is your own fault. Nothing anyone can do about it.

Spawners (as well as several valuable blocks/items) are now exempt from clearlag. Please see Server Update - May 11 | Skyblock Forums
