On topic, fair points. Don't know why people make such a big fuss about ratings. I used too, now I don't.
Just pixels on a screen.

 

They're just pixels, as Jokata said.
People don't need to get all pissy when they get rated negatively, whether it's a mod or not.
Personally, mods have the ability to rate negatively for a reason, and don't have to state why like everyone else.
It's their choice in the end, and ultimately their problem if something goes wrong.
That's how I see it.

 

That's true, as long as they're not like rating positive post negative I don't see anything wrong with it, they're just basically voicing their opinion.

 

That logic is flawed. Just because a post has a positive connotation doesn't mean I can't rate it how I feel. Often times, a lot of people will just a put a disagree and move on, because most of the time explaining themselves just leads to people starting a witch hunt against them. Therefore, using ratings as a way of avoiding that scenario is perfectly fine and dandy.

 

Oh trust me I read the whole thing but my comment was only geared towards what Dew said which has to do with strictly the first paragraph.

 

I rate what I think.
And over-fangirling is annoying, but I guess it's up to them.

 

I rate whatever I want, lol.
