When I enter my username it says it's not a valid account this happened to rex_insanity also I think it's not working ._.

 

When I went to the store, it wasn't for .net but for SBI. I received the same "Not a valid account" error message.

 

Make sure your spell your name correctly and you don't put a space before your name ;P

This happened to me
This is what I did: First if all, I tried someone else's username. If that doesn't work then I would say close the tab and try open it again (this worked for me). Finally, if that doesn't work, try opening the page in another browser (Firefox, chrome, explorer etc.)

First thing I would try:
- Refresh the page
- Use a different browser
- Delete the tab and open it back again
- Typing it exactly how the username/thingy is. (Some are Caps sensitive, whatever you call it)
- Refresh and try in a few mins.
