There's been a lot of staff reports lately that have not been following the guidelines mentioned in Krissy 's thread here. If you are going to report a staff member, please follow the guidelines. Which includes creating a conversation before the report with a trusted super mod and moderator you are reporting. This was designed to possibly work out any misunderstandings that may have occurred. Thank you. **This thread is just used to inform people. Any offtopic or flame-ish comments will be deleted**
Please get valid evidence, no cropped screenshots, no skype conversations, etc. Like Crystal said, create a conversation with a trusted supermod, and talk out the issue. If not still resolved, then make a report on the staff member.
Also, please make sure the reason you're reporting the staff is an actual reason they should be demoted or punished for.
People say their staff reports get denied, that's not necessarily because it's biased. It's probably you don't have enough evidence or haven't followed the format.
To add to this it's not always necessary to make a staff report. 99% of the time if you just point out what a mod did to them personally & privately they'll apologise and learn from their mistakes and not do it again. They might not realise that it's wrong or that it can hurt people's feelings. Heck, they might not even realise they're doing it. Just keep in mind that these are the people that volunteer their time to keep the server from falling apart.
