    That's the job of the server owner / admin. Putting someone in-between for staff-management only because the owner fails at it won't solve the Problem, because he will still have to manage the Manager...

    Not sure why the negativity. As long as the server has players it is not dead and is very much still going.
    I will stay neutral. I think super mods currently are doing the best we can do perform the duty of a staff manager. If you are worried about the recent issues with certain staff please be aware we are currently doing something about it.

    Now the point I will raise is this. We have tried to ensure all staff are on the same page but it is extremely difficult to manage a team of people with different personalities and maturity levels. We have staff that listen and staff who won't. A staff manager may or may not change this fact since some of the issues we have are to do with ranks.

    I think it is a valid idea that one or two experienced staff would be given the opportunity to manage the staff team just like MV. But either way this won't stop staff from trying to make things better.

    Which it actually is now. However it doesn't always work. Ideally it would be nice if all staff was open to it.
