I think I should become a part of the staff because I can donate lots of time and recourses to the server and also add a more hands on approach for most newer people on the server who I dont see get that much help.

I do. I have co-owned a server. And been a moderater on a old server. I was a mod for about 5 months until the mod pack which the server was based around stopped recieving updates and the server was shut down.
I currently do not fit all requirements due to lack of time registered on forums and lack of foryms posts. I do hope you do not keep the forum posts as a requirement due to it being a high number and I spend most of my time playing games or going out so I dont have much time to post on the forums.
