I see loads of people getting angry at people seeing things like this is chat:

And lots of people get angry about this. The players get warned as it is not an awful offence however to reduce the number of people unaware of this rule, (as not many know about the rules) I think there should be an annoucment in chat saying:

'Do NOT promote spam eg. 'Say 123 ___' It WILL result in a mute. Do NOT participate in this either.'

This is a small thing that just helps reduce the amount of people unaware of this rule and will also lay off some of the stress moderators have.

Step 2: Add this and many rules
Step 3: See about 5% to 40% less people banned.
