The spam filter is incredibly harsh during PM's, I'm not sure about global chat though. If you send a player different messages, you get kicked for spamming. When I get kicked for spamming then re-enter, then message the same person I get kicked again. It's been happening since the server update, so possibly reverting to the old spam filter would be good as I am not able to send any messages to a player unless I wait a few minutes.

I'm not sure if this is only me, but I've heard others are having this same issue, so possibly making the spam filter not pick up our messages as spam that easily.

Yeah I was tryna reply to some mail I got and it took me 3 attempts to send it without being kicked. Also my fences were hella messed up. I just went on to 1.12 instead and it was fine. My fences were normal and I didn’t get kicked for replying to my other mail.

I’d just go onto 1.12 tbh

I'm pretty sure since you are mod and can bypass spam filter you should not get kicked because of this. Most regular players are getting kicked for this though.

 

Support. It didn't happen to me but some players that I was talking with almost always got kicked after messaging me or something. It is really annoying

The underlying problem was caused by a change in the way 1.13 clients handle tab completion. We fixed it by updating the server to a newer version that handles 1.13 client tab completion properly.
