Before you say to fish; unless we have a plugin that adds these enchantment books to the loot table, that is not an option. With ancient cities nowhere to be found, /enchant not being an option, and piglin bartering and nether chests disabled, we can't get these enchantments. I think we should be able to somehow. It's as simple as that I'd even be fine with fishing being the way we can obtain these. Maybe wandering trader for swift sneak? I play vanilla survival Minecraft too and so I feel like I have a good sense of how hard things are to obtain. Soul speed? Not that hard. Swift sneak? Pretty hard. So I'm not saying to hand it out like candy, necessarily (although it would be that easy on /skyblock lol), but SOME way would be nice. Let me know what you think!
Could just let us have chest loot in the nether minus the obvious stuff ofc. Not sure why that hasnt been added back in yet.
