The 'Full exact Ban Message' Is what ever it says when a banned account tries to log in. Just take a screenshot/type what it says and put it on the post please.

because I didn't have an island at the time and was going on holiday in real life so I needed someone to look after my stuff and so I was giving her my stuff to take care of and then some guy came and stoll it

 

Then you should have put your things in a privates chest. Not hand it over to someone else. It is still considered trading.
