iGN - Q4TW So the situation that I’m in I spent the 127$ to get sky titan and get the items but I was not paying attention when I bought it and my inventory was full and Nothing was Given to me or dropped on the floor ( 8 spawners , 32 diamonds , enchantment table ) I just want to make sure I didint waste 127$ and was wondering if I could get my items back anyway? I already tried the lost item command and it did nothing.
If you upgraded through each rank, you won't get all the items since you got some of them from previous ranks!
As sky said, however you still should have got 7x spawners and 32 diamonds stated on the shop for an upgrade from skygod to skytitan However I believe issues like this are supposed to be posted under Donation issues for staff to see only https://skyblock.net/forums/donation-issues.408/
^ If your inventory was full, it should go into your enderchest. If both are full, it will most likely drop next to you.

Your purcahse isn’t showing in recent purchases. Did you see the upgrade announced in game? Are you skytitan?
Whoever said that needs to understand, that’s not how the world works. If you paid for something they have to provide it. Of course you might have to provide proof that you didn’t receive the items.
Dude I mean they can search my island my echest inventory Nothing that stuff is mainly the reason I bought it and to not get it kinda makes me question why I even did it but for real I totally agree man this just ain’t right they acting like I would claim this just for fun? I spend 230+ dollars on this server in the past 20 days it’s crazy dude
As you were told in your donor issue, we can’t prove that you did / didn’t receive them. Yes we can check logs and inventories but that won’t prove you had a full inventory. As Kerahna told you - there’s nothing we can do. It will be a case of buying them from players in game and being extra careful when buying from the SkyBlock Shop again. This is a help thread, this is not a place to express your opinions on staff and what can and cannot be done.
If this is the case it would be better to state that only sometimes you will get the items you pay for. Instead of listing them as items you will get. Also Q4TW if you feel you were scammed or did not receive the items you payed for you can file a dispute through paypal or your credit card company however this will result in a permanent ban and a hefty fine for the server owner so do with that information as you wish!
Drogo understands that there is a chance that someone might on sell these items and claim to have not received them, but there is onus on the supplier to ensure the goods were supplied in the first place. Given you don’t know if he received them, then you don’t know if you supplied them. It seems a bit harsh to just say you don’t know what happened but then keep the money anyway. Especially when they are virtual items with no real value, unlike the cash the server has received.

And not making good on promises for donations is better how? If you bought a car and it came with no seats, would you say, well, I mainly wanted a car and I guess I got that. No where on shop.skyblock.net does it mention donations. In fact it states quite clearly, you are purchasing the ranks and items. And how can you have a Sale if you are not selling. I've never had the Red Cross show up on my doorstep and say "Hello sir, were collecting for the Red Cross but today we have a sale on so you only have to donate half of what you intend donating"
