New series of threads that I'm making. Skyrim builds. Not going to say that much, so here's my huntsman build. The huntsman The character Race: Any(I like to pick the woodelf, since they fit in with the nature. At least in Valenwood.) Major skills: Archery, light armor, sneak and alchemy. Minor skills: One handed. Weapons: Bow of the hunt and Valdr's lucky dagger. You'll find these in some quest listed further below. Armor: Savior's Hide/Fur armor, leather bracers/gauntlets or fur bracers/gauntlets, fur boots or leather boots. Jewelry: Kyne's token, stamina boost ring. Roleplay To fully experience this character, you'll have to follow some rules. This is how I prefer playing the game. The rules are not a "have to" when playing. Don't fast travel-Beeing in the wild and traveling across the country, is essential to get the feel of beeing one with nature. Don't use magic spells-You are relying on your natural strength. Avoid invisibility potions- Trust your stealth. Do not buy ingots- Only use the one you obtained in the wild. Buying ingredients is fine. Werewolf (Optional) Once having joined the companions, and having played through some of the questline, you've probably become a werewolf. The abilities you get are crucial when it comes to close combat. Beeing a werewolf also adds a lot to the feel of the character. Race across the country and hunt down your pray. Quests Companions- Becoming a werewolf Kyne's sacred trials- Obtaining Kyne's token Hunter and hunted- Valdr's lucky dagger Other items Bow of the hunt- Can be found in the Clearspring cave near the Clearspring tarn. The only enemy in the Clearspring cave, is a troll. Remember, this is not the most powerful build you can make. It's all about the roleplaying. Hopefully, I'll make more of these. Feel free to alter the build.
