For almost a day I can't connect to skyblock.org server.

I haven't received any ban/whatever notice (but it could be good to check anyway, even if I see no reason to get banned).

skyblock.org responds to ICMP Ping, but attempts to connect by Minecraft client result in this:

"io.netty.channel.ConnectTimeout Exception: connection timed out"

It could look so if my IP were firewalled on the server's side.

skyblock.org is the only server I can't connect, I haven't changed any network settings, nor Minecraft client. It's definitely something related to skyblock.org only.

I sympathize with you. Until someone from administration starts to investigate, I have only one assumption - IP/port combinations were firewalled for some reason.
