I don't know if this suggestion or idea has already been anwered and there is some reason why someone can't do this but, is it possible to make it so other people on your island can not take stuff out of your item frames. It is just so annoying when you want to put something in a item fram either for decoration or just to have. But, there is always that person who wants to destroy that and take what ever you have in that item frame. It is not such a huge problem but, it would just be nice. And, I was wondering ig you could possibly do this.
I also noticed that you cannot place railroads. I am sure there is pretty good reason why you can't use these but, I asked the chat and no one replied. It was either no one know, didnt care, or didnt notice my chat because, im a greenie. Anyway, I was wondering if this could be fixed. It would be great if that could be fixed. If not just tell me why . Im sure many other people agree with me to and it wont just affect me but, it may affect a lot of other people .

 

Railroads are disabled because of a duplication glitch, and I dont think they will ever be enabled (unless fixed in the future)

About the item frames, I actually agree with you a little bit. I have myself had a problem with people breaking my item frames on chests, and it is extremely annoying. But after some time of experiance I've realized that item frames in loads causes lag, so I decided to use signs to know what I had in my storage.

I dont know if Cyp will ever fix item frames, but if he actually did, that would be really nice.

This is a problem that needs to be fixed. This is not hard to fix at all and can be done by a medium-good dev in under 10min.

Rails have been disabled for a long time along with Hoppers, due to people duping items. Unless the glitch gets fixed soon, I'm sorry but you won't see rails for a while

Armour stands and Item frames can be griefed, yes. This needs fixing, because some people like to put item frames up on their chests. Sadly when I put my diamond armour behind glass, someone decided to steal it

 

Then I'd suggest placing 2-3 layers of glass in front of the item frame. Although this would take up a lot of space in the side of your building due to the frames set 3-4 blocks into the wall. But its much more effective as the glass will reappear before the thief gets through the last piece of glass.
