I've seen a lot of repeated requests on skyblock so this should help solve these issues or gain a better understanding of them.
Feel free to post any FAQ you see on skyblock for either .net or .org that you see and I'll (or any other mods if they wish so) will can them to this list.
I'll add more as we go :3​

Q: Since Dirt, Buckets and Sand are illegal to trade, how can I get more of these?

A. Grass is the alternative for dirt which is obtainable by voting, trading with players and becoming a donor. Buckets are obtainable by getting 3 iron and making buckets yourself, this is obtainable the same way as grass. Sand is only obtainable by being a donor, although once you are a donor you can buy red sand at /warp donor.​

Q: How can I become a donor?

A. To become a donor you have to go on forums and click the "Donate" tab then choose the server of your choice, once there you choose out of "Ranks, Upgrades, Items, Kits, Special." Check out this post by Darkchyldeone for more information about that: A Guide on How to Donate w/o a Paypal Account

Q: Why am I banned with a ban hammer message? (NET) Added by averagelynatural

A. The server has a fly hack sensor that auto-bans for a certain amount of time if it detects a fly hack. Sometimes this will cause unfair bans if a player is standing on a block they're breaking, spawning on leaves or half slabs, or falling off their island in times of lag. Unfortunately, you just have to wait out these bans, moderators will not unban you.

Q: How can I spawn mobs? (NET) Added by averagelynatural

A. Natural mob spawning is disabled on skyblock.net. Therefore, if you want a constant source of mobs, you most likely want a spawner. They cost about 3 diamonds in the player economy. Donors can change the spawner type for you if you aren't a donor. Skygods have the command to spawn mobs, you can ask one of them if they have time to visit your island and spawn you some animals. Lastly, there are spawn eggs available for sale at /warp grass HOWEVER spawn eggs are currently broken. You may be able to get some to spawn using a dispenser, but that is unreliable at times.​

Q. How do I become a moderator?

At the top of your page you'll see "Home | Forums | Members | Vote | Rules | Donate | Downloads", click forums then go scroll down to the "Support" Main forum area then click Applications. Now if you want to be a moderator on .org or on .net click the appropriate forum. Now to make a good moderator application please read the pinned (highlighted) threads, "Rules in this section - Read before posting" and "Mod Application template - Read before posting".​
