Hey, just wanted to mention for the sake of possible legal precedence that activision-blizzard, who is now owned by microsoft, tried to do a very similar thing with Dota, where they tried to argue the original creator shouldn't have the right to the name "Dota" because it was a mod for Warcraft 3. They didn't win that case and they shouldn't be allowed to win this one, good luck!
