Server is not what it used to be...

Oh god! I'm so sorry that you've been ignored. The server has changed, and as a non donor I completely understand that donors seem a lot more advantaged - because they are. If you ever need something sorted, I'm here. I always make sure never to ignore an individual.

 

Regardless of the rank you are, the way you are treated on the server is by the reputation you build up. Yes, it may appear difficult as you have no colourful name, but the forums is a great way to build that trust - nobody knows whether you're a donor or not here.

Greenies have always been treated poorly, as they're the least likely to stay on the server, care whether they're banned, or follow the rules. This is because they have nothing tying them to the server, they haven't paid for anything.

Anyways, I just want to add that it's not just greenies that are ignored, low donors are also ignored. Nevertheless, they are still helped by people. As others have said, you probably bumped into the wrong people. Many on the server are friendly.

 

Sometimes Moderators do not see every message. You can try private messaging them I am sure they will respond if they aren't AFK. There are a lot of toxic players but I've noticed that the community is more united now.

 

I kind of have to agree. I feel like there is a wall between donors and non-donors, and I even go in depth to talk about this in my mod application. I even force myself to donate at least 2 diamonds a day from my kits. I have played skyblock and enjoyed it, but now I am here to help, so thats what I am after, if you ever need anything, I wan't you to feel welcome, let me know. i get ignored too so dont worry but i never ignore ppl myself cuz i know it sucks
