Hi there, just a few pointers when selling your island:

Before you sell, make sure you remove all grass and dirt to avoid potential problems with ‘island farming’ for the player who buys it in the future.

This used to apply to sand too, but I don’t believe it does anymore since trading it is not against the rules.
