So I've been having this problem and apparently I found out couple other people are having it too. So When I do /seen [username] it work if they are online but it only works for some people if they are offline. What's the deal with this? Does it only show donors offline or something?

 

I have been having the exact same problem, it really bugs me

It is a bug, a staff member can reset /seen, so ask them ingame if you need it
