ViperBoom27 came to my island to Buy a Banner at the banner store I run. he came to the shop front asked for a banner and I Asked for His Payment (Payment methods are as follows, 2 Iron, 1 Grass, 2 Voter Keys or A Banner Not On display in the Store). He then Stated that he wanted the banner first as he was scammed in a store prior to proceeding to my store, I agreed and proceeded with the transaction but before I went along with the deal I warned him I would be Screenshotting the event. I Dropped the Item he Picked It Up and Left Without Giving A Payment Breaking Rule 2 :- No Scamming/Stealing
