Does anyone know if there's any possible ways to create this anymore? Sand generators are legal as long as you don't trade correct? (If there even is a way to make it anymore)

 

I believe that people can't make sand generator BUT can make red sand generator, however they will need sand to make red sand.

 

Sand generators were a glitch waaay back when, which have been fixed by Mojang since. There is no known way of duplicating sand.

You may purchase Redsand from /warp donor or from other players to use as a sand subsitute
