8. Why do you think you should be unbanned? I was just running past some people throwing things about and one of the items they threw landed in my inventory as was running past. Then because I can't read or write properly, I must have missed any attempts in chat to speak with me. I'm so very sorry that it happened. I didn't think about it as I ran past. I should have done, that if I ran past I might accidentally pick one of the items up that they were throwing, but I didn't. As I say, they may have tried to contact me via chat but my reading is not good (I have had to get my Dad to help me with this message!), so I didn't see if they were asking for it back and I didn't really notice that I had it. I'm very sorry it happened. Anyway, because I am banned I am not sure where it is, the item may still be in my inventory. They should have it back if it is. Again, I'm very sorry. It is mostly because of me picking something up by mistake then me not understanding chat well. If I had known what was going on in chat I would have given it back straight away. I'm very sorry all this happened and am very upset by it all. I'd like to apologise to whoever complained. I'm sorry asbout picking up the item and how frustrating it must have been to not have your messages responded to if you sent any. I really couldn't read them. I'm very sorry to them anyway. (Dear Sir, This is Ruby's Father: I have had to type this for Ruby as my daughter is not great at reading / writing. She is very upset by all this and has been crying ever since it happened. Please un-ban her and ask those complaining to use the trade rooms at skybase and not throw things about so those running past can pick it up by mistake. She didn't pick up a dropped item, but looted a trading chest. :/

Still, this issue has been discussed in-game via messages & the victim's cool about her getting unbanned. Again, she didn't pick up a dropped item but looted while 2 players traded. Please do not do so again. Thanks. ^-^
