4. Did you read the Rules? Yes, I read the rules.
5. Why do YOU think you were banned? I was banned because I spawned 5 Endermen inside the Jacuzzi in the Donor room at /warp skybase.
6. Why do you think you should be unbanned? I believe I should be unbanned because although I spawned them, I admitted to spawning them. (Although admitting to a crime does not necessarily mean I shouldn't get punished.) But the main reason I think I should get unbanned is because the rules specifically say "Do not spawn HOSTILE mobs in public area" and I am for this 100%, but I spawned Endermen, which are Neutral Mobs (as specifically stated in the MinecraftWiki.)
Since the Endermen are 3 blocks high, and the Jacuzzi in the Donor room has a 2 block high escape, There was no way the Endermen could have gotten out (Unless someone were to attack them of course.)

P.s Although I would like to get unbanned from this temp ban, I do not oppose this temp ban at all, I deserved it. But, If you guys (Mods and Admins) don't want my argument used in other cases, I suggest you make clear what you guys consider "Hostile" on the servers, because I have not yet found those specification. I was never informed nor had the understanding that Neutral Mobs were considered Hostile.

Yes I did. And The Main reason I appealed was to have action taken and have an Admin Clearly identify which Mobs are hostiles.

 

Enderman grief, that's how the whole /warp mob fiasco started. Somebody spawned enderman, which exposed the spawners, which resulted in more enderman, and silverfish. Which created chaos and destruction ultimately resulting in the closure of the castle.

 

By Castle do you mean the old /warp mop? Or the Tower with a Beacon on top?

 

Not the tower, the thing that is blocked off with cobble wall and cobblestone with red wool surrounding it.

 

Ohh I see, I've always wondered why that place was shut down. (btw it used to be /warp PrinceOfMogSucks) I could see how Endermen would have started that whole fiasco.
