I'll start.
I've always been a big fan of the Resource Pack "Faithful"

In my opinion, everything looks so simple, and whenever I load the Default Minecraft Pack, everything looks strange!

Feel free to drop an Image, I'm intrigued to see the different styles of Resource Packs people use to play Skyblock.

My favourite is Faithful. It’s just so clean.
Lukxy made a re-model of it which I also love.

I also absolutely love Soartex Fanver (Bdarkslayer can back me up here)

 

Definitely the best pack that I have used!

 

I use my own version of faithful but with the old hitsounds (Oof hitsounds), a few HUD change, sky shading, a few lofi disks, ores and other blocks changed as well. Been looking for a epearl texture from this video:
