So, a while ago we used to have a format what goes like this: Your ingame name: The offender's ingame name: A description of what rule they broke/how they broke it: Evidence/screenshots. until it was removed. I liked this format a lot, it inqluded the things needed for Moderators and overall looked more nice and organized. Ever since it was removed it has been bugging me a bit, until I stumbled across and idea to make a suggestion for this and see what people think about it. I'm not too sure if the tags like: scam, grief, advertiser, spam etc came in at the same time as the format was removed, but even if it did it would be quite handy to have the format. The 3rd question wouldn't probably be needed because of the tags, though there are some cases where the tag doesn't inqlude the offense you are reporting. Please tell me what do you think of the suggestion and if you know why the format was removed in the first place.
Although many people still use this format, I would like it if the sticky was put back in it's rightful place. Support

Not sure what happened to the format, but yes we need to remind everyone to include the 4 important features to the report. It does make it a bit easier in some cases to stick with a set format.
Did it accidentally get deleted? I would like it back, or even better have it already entered into the text box when someone clicks to post a report in the reports section
Support, a few weeks ago I reported someone, looked for the format and saw none even though I thought that I had used one last time. Glad to know I'm not remembering stuff that's never happened
