Repeating message about locking islands

    Propose that we change the message telling players that /lock will stop other players from visiting.
    That command will bring up the help info for Lockette plugin.
    /l will do the desired command.

    I would prefer for /lock to just work again like Bert said, on the classic, even though the locket plugin command list popped up it still locked your island, if it's not to hard to do then this fix would be great. If it's easier on the developers though maybe just changing the broadcast message a bit like hapily said! :)

    It would be easier to change the broadcast but making it so /lock isnt shared with lockette could work to. Honestly its either way for me
