remove the ability to have symbols in your name

    so, some people have like upside down names or like cxsmo_x he has the O with the line in it, which makes it be really hard to tag them, because you have to go to the website to get the symbol and put it in the tag. i suggest people unable to change there names other than any symbol that is on your keyboard.

    it'd help people with tagging others, but it's not really doing any harm.

    I support, it's annoying to tag them and also this would make the forums look cleaner.

    If it becomes an issue, we will likely not allow names that have unsearchable characters, as it does create a problem for moderating. However Exstatisfy feels about it, though.

    Erm, neutral I think.
    Firstly it's not to big of a deal, I don't think. Also, you can tag someone if you just type the first few letters of their name. It's hard to explain so here's a screenshot:

    If you type the first few characters of a member's name, it comes up below it, as shown here. Then you simply click it and boom, you have tagged that person. :)

    That's not the only issue with it. Names that have symbols or irregular characters are unsearchable through the forums as well.

    If you have a touchscreen laptop/apple device you can hold down the letter and it'll show the other characters.
    Anyways, support because it can sometimes be frustrating.
