While my reasoning focuses on the benefit of this suggestion for Economy, I don't see why it can't be global. With spawners now available on Economy, players are spawning in a lot more mobs. Even with the delay before mobs stack, when they spawn, in groups up to 4, they are already stacked. The quickest way to kill them is with fall damage however doing this, only drops the loot of 1 mob so more than half the loot is lost. To prevent this loss players need to kill them slowly 1 at a time. Either manually or with lava, magma, catcus etc. If using the lava, magma, etc, it is quicker to split the groups up to stop them from merging so this results in a lot more separate mobs in game at any one time. If you don't split them up and you have more than say 10 spawners, it's impossible to kill them fast enough. So, I'm hoping that we can have stacked mobs drop the correct loot once again.
They could always combo all kinds of damage to kill them fast enough > Conduit + Campfire/Wither rose(if u got money to spare lol) + Wolfs/Iron Golems + Player interaction(optional for looting 3). To me, personally, it's never been an issue on skyblock, but maybe on economy people are more desperate!
At 20TPS a single spawner should spawn about 300 mobs per hour. 48 spawners is 14,400 mobs per hour. If they stack and you have to kill them one at a time, you’ll never stay on top of them. Compared to Skyblock spawners, Eco spawners are far far more expensive so the returns need to be there to make them worthwhile. A creeper spawner for instance at $10 million is worth 1250 SB grass if I use the common ration of 1 grass:$8000.
Bumping this again although Noobcrew is AWOL currently. Mobs dying quickly and dropping accurate loot will also prevent the losses of the mobs that despawn when we leave the area.
