So , redstone dust would be a great idea to be used as red dye, So maybe Lee could make a crafting recipe to turn redstone dust into some nice red dye. This would be easier to get red dye, not including bone mealing grass.

no support, It's not really that need as redstone will eventually be rarer than bones with more mob farms being developed and made. I get that Economy is new and all but I still stand towards no support.

Red dye is fairly easy to get, bones sell for cheap (to craft bonemeal) and you only need 1 dye to dye 8 glass/sand wool etc. Don't really think that it's necessary to add a new custom recipe, and woul just be more hassle for Lee. Not a bad suggestion though, just don't think it's worth it.

If you are able to plant a rosebush, you can use bonemeal on it to get one red dye for each bonemeal you use. If you create a dark room mob spawner, you should be able to get a steady supply of bones from skeletons.

I can't think of an easier way to get redstone, other than from witches.

No support. As stated before, red dye is not very difficult to obtain, and other than their color, there are no similarities between red dye and redstone. It wouldn't make very much sense to add a recipe to convert between redstone and red dye. They are both used for very different things.

No,when you place rocebush right click with bone meal to "duplicate" it and then craft red dye.
    easy as it sounds

Sorry but this doesn't make any sense. I'd understand if it was red mushrooms -> red dye, but even in that case it would be much easier to just use bone meal on rose bushes like everyone has suggested.

You will have to purchase a rose bush from someone else as there is no way to get a rose bush naturally without bonemealing the plant itself.

As Michael said, it's not very hard to get, and redstone has almost nothing in common with red dye lol.
