Well, probably just the decoder

 

Decoder isn't avaiable. Though a half adder is lvl 3 and full adder is lvl 4

A beacon is level 3?

 

He means the beacon changer.
Which can disable and enable beacon power-ups.

 

I suck at redstone lol still don't know how to make a good stone gen ;-;

some stacks of dirt, a stack of dispensers, a crap ton of redstone, 128 sand, 64 cacti, 64 sugarcane, 64 pistons, 1 bucket of every liquid but milk, 12 redstone repeaters, 64 glass.

 

Is glass needed? It costs 1k per block on org and i only have 160k
