Delta used to be my favorite airline but I now have second thoughts about them and my profile picture....
Airline employees are just getting worse nowadays. Besides, the one lady was straight up lying about the policy. It's completely legal for the infant to sit there.
The way airline employees are beginning to act kind of concerns me. That infant was perfectly fine to sit there.
Airline employees probably act so hostile due to the fact they're just tired of their jobs(or similar) and are given a degree of power that they can use to take it out on others, more specifically, passengers.
