Hey. I'm Roadhog360. I just started back on the server. The last time I played on it was over a year ago. About two or three years. Before UUIDS were a thing. I had a paid rank under the name of Roadhog380 back then. And now it's gone. I think it has to do with the UUID update and how I never joined as Roadhog380, so my UUID was never recorded until I joined today as Roadhog360, and so the server doesn't have my old name. Please fix this! I really want that rank I paid for a long time ago.

Aight. Thanks. Unfortunately, no. It was too long ago for me to still have anything regarding it at all. The only proof I have lies either in the BuyCraft logs or the server files.
Are you sure you don't have the transaction id? When you bought donor, you probably got an email confirming your purchase. You could search through your emails for one.
It takes time. You could also send Cyp a private message about this issue, otherwise all you really can do is wait.
