When you become staff does that basically delete your rank u bought?

 

No. You just gain extra commands like /kick, /mute, etc of the staff rank you get. In that case, the rank would be helper at first and then you get promoted to a full mod which gets even more commands and then to supermod which even got more commands than full mod. Your rank's commands and perks will still be there.

 

On skyblock No you still keep your rank, you will still have your kit
The title will override your current title but you skill keep ever rank and kits
On forums if you have premium you skill keep the premium tag next to the staff member tag on your profile

 

If you resign from staff you will still have the donor rank that you had before becoming staff

I’m just wondering what do u get if you become staff I’m not just trying to be staff because I want the items I want to help the server but what are the thing u get with becoming staff?

 

You don't get any items when promoted. You just get more commands so you can help people and moderate the server

 

Upon being promoted you get responsibility and commands to help moderate the server and help other players.

There are no kits, no added benefits, no 'perks of the job'. You get what you sign up for.
