I recently bought skyknight from the skyblock shop, but after the purchase, i went onto the server and in chat it read 'JaseGamingHD has just bought skynight!' or something like that, but i bought the rank under my old minecraft username, rather than my current 'CrispyNight'. I haven't received any of the things that come with buying the rank.

Hello CrispyNight, if you have a picture of the transaction ID and the purchase receipt, but it is not letting you upload to forums, try using a website like imgur to upload it, then paste the link in hidden content. You may do this by typing the following, without the dots. This will make it so that only staff may see your purchase receipt, preventing other players from viewing your personal info.
