They might not be in order but you can figure that out. The game said the guys island was locked but it wasnt,,,, this is proof that im not crazy
As ThePilous_ said, there's a chance they have you guest banned. I'd try asking the player to see if they may have banned you on their island, and then see if you can work something out with them if they did happen to ban you.
