My friend, Fluttershy99 (Currently Joeli_Ollie) was banned a few years ago. He recently purchased an unban and he has not been unbanned. Staff have tried on the server to unban him using both names, but it says he isnt banned, yet when he tries to enter the sevrer it says he is...

A chargeback is when you take back the money you paid for something on the server. Did you chargeback anything?

 

No, the only thing that ive purchased in the past few years is the unban, and I didnt chargeback that. before I was banned I didnt have any chargeback issues either.

apparently you cant email skyblock support cause it doesnt work...

Sean Exstatisfy Would you be able to unban my friends account on the forums so he can continue with this. Its Fluttershy99. It would make sense since he was banned on the forums for the same reason as in game, and he purchased the unban pass
