I looked on the website to see which games it can be paid on and there's no mention of Buycraft for that specific prepaid card, unfortunately. That would be why it isn't accepting the payment. Moderators don't have access to Buycraft so we wouldn't be able to charge the prepaid card, even if that is possible to do. Apologies for the inconvenience and for the wait you have encountered.
