I got the donor100 upgrade but I didn't get the spawner I was supposed to get... please help!

 

Since you were already a $50 donor, you don't get another

 

Look at the upgrade ranks... on the 50-100 it says:

"Includes 1 mob spawner.
Does not include enchantment table as you received one at the 25 package level."

 

Maybe your other account received it because before Noobcrew transfered the donation

 

There is no other account... the skyblock.net just didn't recognize that is was me
