i payed for unban i got unbanned but it says to cancel chargeback we called paypal and it says they dont know what the heck were talking about. i did NOT request a payment cancel. The money is out of my fathers paypal with his permission and im still banned console banned me because it thinks im trying to chargeback what do i do ive had problems with getting unbanned today kerahna said she cant help because its an admin thing please help me

i emailed skyblock support yesterday and nothing happened no response i did it again today and im waiting this is making me very angry

you guys got my dad pissed at me and i am too. this is not fair you guys have our money

 

I am sorry for your troubles. Unfortunately, buying unbans for chargebacks does not work. Also, only admins can handle chargebacks unless you provide proof to the moderators that you closed the chargeback. Sorry. I will close this, please continue the discussion in your current appeal.
